Here’s what you will be doing

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be contributing to the campaign program strategy for Squirrel Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns in support of business and marketing plans that drive towards Squirrel’s annual and long-term goals.

As part of the demand generation team, you’ll work collaboratively with brand + communications, product marketing, product management and sales teams towards a common goal. This is an exciting opportunity for a goal driven individual to have a meaningful impact on hospitality and technology industry. A top candidate for this role is comfortable and confident in campaign execution and performance reporting.

This role reports to the Demand Generation Senior Manager and requires detailed analytical thinking, creativity, efficient execution of tasks and the ability to operate in a highly cross-functional environment.

 

Specific Duties Include

  • Execute and contribute to the formation of the overall campaign strategy, focused on lead generation and customer acquisition

  • Work closely with product marketing to execute campaigns to our existing customer base, including but not limited to newsletters, promotions, product bulletins, and product releases

  • Work with digital marketing agency to manage budgets, prospecting, and remarketing campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of products and craft a clear, compelling message that communicates value to customers

  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth and optimization opportunities based on customer needs and behaviors

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve funnel efficiency and drive growth

  • Lead the development and execution of digital and traditional advertising campaigns, landing pages, SEM, lead-gen campaigns etc.

  • Keep a pulse on best-in-class B2B content and bring new approaches and concepts to marketing and research partners

  • Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives with an understanding of how to integrate keyword strategy into overall content planning for programs and campaigns

What You Bring

  • Experience in B2B tech marketing is an asset

  • Minimum 3 years of campaign experience OR 5+ years in a marketing generalist role

  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM including dashboard building and campaigns

  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data and market research

  • Previous experience working within a team that uses project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp or Slack

  • Attention to detail with the ability to self-manage project deadlines and dependencies

  • Experience with Marketo as an asset

  • Experience with High-Velocity Sales an asset
