Reservation/Wait List
Squirrel’s Reservation/Wait List module empowers hosting staff to finesse seating for maximum guest satisfaction and table turns. Fully integrated with your Squirrel POS, the Reservation/Waitlist program is accessible from any terminal in the restaurant.
The program allows the hosting staff to move back and forth between the Reservation/Wait List program and the table map information at POS. The table map view displays an up-to-the-minute depiction of the restaurant floor with color coding to indicate table states so that hosting staff can better manage the expectations of waiting guests.
When using Squirrel's CRM with Reservation/Waitlist, the CRM database can be queried using the guest's phone number or loyalty number. A star will appear next to the table on the Table Map indicating to all serving staff that a loyalty customer is in the house. A 'Seating Slip' can be printed from any check printer listing all relevant guest information.
