Squirrel’s Home Delivery module enables you to run a brisk delivery business, and manage your delivery drivers, all smoothly and efficiently.
Start by entering guest information and delivery instructions – then place your order, fast and easy, with minimal touches. In Home Delivery, your staff enjoys the same highly intuitive ease of use that they are used to in other SquirrelOne POS modes.
Guest information, order history – and any special instructions (“Beware of Dog”, etc.) – are stored for easy retrieval, by phone number, making repeat orders super-quick. Delivery instructions are also stored, and printed on all checks.
Delivery Drivers will appreciate the feature that enables the restaurant to ensure equitable distribution of orders to drivers. Squirrel’s new integration with Microsoft® MapPoint enhances speed of service and shortens the learning curve experienced by new drivers by printing directions right on the guest check.
Bonus: a loyalty feature, as the database allows for purchase-frequency tracking. And for periodic mailings, mail addresses may be pre-formatted to print directly onto label sheets.
