Squirrel Wins Silver at I.C.R.D.A. Convention
ATLANTA, GA -- July 29, 1999
Squirrel® Companies Inc. was awarded the Independent Cash Register Dealers Association
Silver Award for Outstanding Sponsor in Systems/Software 1999. The I.C.R.D.A. Outstanding
Sponsor Awards are presented in conjunction with the association's annual convention
recently held at the Reno Hilton from July 18-21, 1999. The award categories include
Supplies Vendor, Peripheral Vendor and System/Software Vendor, with System/Software
Vendor being the largest category.
The winners of these vendor awards are determined by member ballot. Each member
is asked to select the sponsor that they represent and rate them based on a series
of questions. The staff at I.C.R.D.A. compiles the ballots, ranks them, and then
assigns a weight based on the number of responses. The top three vendors in each
category are awarded based on the overall performance of service, business results,
and support, both product and marketing.
