Vancouver, British Columbia - October 5, 2006 - Squirrel Systems today announced the expansion of its channel business development team with the appointment of Bill Gaar to Manager of Business Development-Partner Program. The addition of this new team member will help Squirrel Systems respond to new business opportunities throughout the U.S.

Bill Gaar joins Squirrel Systems after working for many years in the retail technology industry. Bill enters the company armed with a wealth of knowledge about Squirrel Systems technology having been a leading Squirrel reseller for over a decade. His extensive experience makes him a perfect fit for the Squirrel Systems team and the company is already looking forward to his help with many new reseller opportunities the company has in development across the U.S. Squirrel is a fortunate beneficiary of Bill?s decision to stay in the industry.
