Squirrel to resell Ingenico's 7770/7780 Mobile Payment System, which is fully integrated with the SquirrelOne Restaurant Management System.

Chicago, Il - May 20, 2006 - SQUIRREL Systems, GP. and Ingenico today announced a strategic alliance to arm the global foodservice industry with an additional integrated pay-at-the-table solution that provides a more secure way to collect payments, improves operational efficiencies and supports the consumer shift to PIN debit. SQUIRREL will resell Ingenico's customer-facing electronic payment solutions, including the new 7780 mobile payment system fully integrated with the SquirrelOne product line.

The global alliance between these companies provides the restaurant industry with easier access to total solutions from two leading suppliers in the industry. The solution is based on the processors payment offerings, putting payments responsibility and future enhancements where they belong, in the payment processors hands. The solution has been deployed by ISO's and processors in standalone and fully integrated modes with the simple change of a few parameters in the standard application. Its ability to operate in a standalone mode provides merchant confidence because they can always accept payments if having difficulty with their broadband connection, POS system or interface.
