In an overnight deployment that went off without a hitch, reseller Pacific Coast Systems teamed up with Squirrel Systems to install the reliable SquirrelOne point-of-sale platform in the rib restaurateur's Kennewick, WA franchise.
Tony Roma's has been famous for its ribs for over 30 years. Originating in Miami in 1972, founder Tony Roma is considered the pioneer of Baby Back Ribs thanks to his delicious specialty. Today there are more than 260 Tony Roma's restaurants in 27 countries worldwide.
In the Kennewick franchise, Squirrel Systems was tasked with replacing a six-month old system installed by a competitor. The Tony Roma's Kennewick team felt it was worthwhile investing in another new system to reinstate credibility in the POS head office reports, while easing the experience of the serving staff and ultimately, that of its customers.
