Three-year agreement sets course for growth of industry-leading loyalty marketing program.

With the renewed agreement, Lochinvar will continue to provide Squirrel clients with one of the most advanced loyalty marketing and gift card solutions in the hospitality industry operating on the Squirrel POS system. Integrating seamlessly with Squirrel’s Linux based POS Terminals; Lochinvar Software utilizes the power of Java extensions to track customer purchase trends, drilling down to their purchase details. The LOCHINVAR™ CRE Solution (Customer Relationship Enhancement) is ideal for either single unit or enterprise chain restaurants that want the advantage of this real time information. This data can then be used to create cost-effective marketing strategies that add immediate value to the business.

In addition, Lochinvar has created a limited version of the core Lochinvar solution for Squirrel to be included as a standard feature on all Squirrel systems, operating under the name Squirrel Basics. The Squirrel Basics product is intended to be an introduction to loyalty marketing strategies for restaurants and pubs. Squirrel clients will be able to build an intelligent database of clients and develop customized marketing strategies, such as birthday promotions, and client recognition events based on actual customer spending patterns.
