The collaboration has produced the new Squirrel e-BIS® software system which significantly extends the functionality of the Squirrel POS system. By capturing and consolidating existing raw data from Squirrel POS, food and beverage management, labor management and other products into user-friendly reports, hospitality business owners have the information tool to better manage their operations. The POS industry has over 70 percent penetration of the hospitality industry nationwide. Squirrel will sell the e-BIS System software direct and through business partner channels. Compatible with both the legacy version; Squirrel Classic and Squirrel for Windows NT, Squirrel's newest version, the product will be sold to both existing and new Squirrel point-of-sale clients.
