Implementation Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train new and existing Squirrel customers on all versions of the Squirrel Point-of-Sale system.
• Install and troubleshoot hardware and software components with valued Squirrel customers.
• Build customized Squirrel Point-of-Sale configurations and databases
• Provide summaries of installs in a timely manner.
• Maintain flexible work schedule to ensure customer?s needs are met 24X7
• Travel may be required

Qualifications:

• Restaurant / Hotel implementations experience an asset
• Degree in Hospitality or Technical field with related experience desired
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and environmental issues.
• Ability to deal with and build a good rapport with customers
• Public speaking, teaching and sales experience an asset
• Advanced skills at identifying decision-makers and ability to build strong relationships.
