Sales Manager, Channel Partner Accounts
(1 U.S. Position & 1 Canadian Position Available)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate, liaise, and support BP’s to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
• Manage assigned Business Partners in all appropriate aspects, driving company vision and corporate development strategy.
• Plan and prioritize sales activities effectively managing time and productivity
• Optimize activity and internal resources to provide an exceptional level of service to BP’s and end users, redefining customer satisfaction.
• Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries in a timely fashion
• Monitor and report on current market and competitor activities while developing sales strategies and promotions to ensure completive edge
• Motivate, Lead, and assist BP’s in securing new business
• Participate in customer meetings and support in negotiating potential opportunities.
• Assist in seeking mutually agreeable resolution to customer concerns or challenges
• Other assigned duties and responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Degree in related and appropriate field coupled with a minimum of 5 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 Years Management experience preferably in a High Tech field
• Demonstrated ability to establish, maintain and motivate BP relationships and sales activity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation / closing skills.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and develop sales activity
• Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Occasional travel required
