This feature is especially helpful for Kona Jack's Fish Market & Sushi Bar when different types of sushi are ordered to be split amongst a table. The sushi can be prepared in a timed sequence, which improves the efficiency of the kitchen and provides a better dining experience for customers.
Also speeding service is the ability for servers and bartenders to either reorder an entire previous round or select just one drink, a particularly useful feature in Après Jack's, the martini and cognac bar.
